Why a Chinese-themed needlepoint stocking you may ask? Originally, this stocking was designed for a grandmother to stitch for her adorable granddaughter who was adopted from China. I would now like to offer this special stocking for other customers. We researched the web for ideas as to how we could incorporate Chinese winter traditions with American holiday themes, hence the basket of oranges, fireworks, colorful lanterns, panda, and poinsettias. I have also included a separate tag so that a child's name can be written in andarin. The  tag can be stitched and then hung from the top of the stocking or on your Christmas tree.
